We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared with third-party services only as described above and only to the extent necessary to provide the HypeIntro service.
HypeIntro is designed for use by parents and team organizers managing youth baseball teams. The app is operated by adults (parents, coaches, organizers) on behalf of their children's teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player names and jersey numbers are entered by the parent or organizer, not by the child. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us at vibes@boringmarketing.com and we will promptly delete it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, team data, player configurations, and associated audio files from our servers. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for product improvement purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure server-side processing for voice generation. API keys for third-party services are stored server-side and are never exposed in the client application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HypeIntro mobile application ("App") provided by HypeIntro ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
HypeIntro is a mobile application that enables youth baseball team organizers and parents to manage walk-up songs, generate AI announcer voice intros, and play audio during games. The App requires an Apple Music subscription for full song playback functionality.
You may create an account using Apple Sign In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
HypeIntro offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with expanded capabilities. Subscriptions are billed annually through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
The free tier includes one team, up to 12 players, three announcer voices, and basic walk-up playback. The Pro tier includes unlimited teams and players, all announcer voices, game day soundboard, break music, parent collaboration, and voice volume controls. Feature availability may change as we continue to develop the App.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including team names, player names, and walk-up configurations. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and AI voice generation system, is owned by HypeIntro and protected by intellectual property laws. Music played through the App is provided via Apple MusicKit and is subject to Apple's terms and your Apple Music subscription agreement.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. AI-generated voice intros are produced by third-party services and may vary in quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeIntro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
